am always on the alert and on the lookout for original content. Today, I found

Today, early morning we were brainstorming while chatting
and texting each other on what’s app and here is what we jointly discovered and
came to a short conclusion:
If we have to
list only 3 things that makes a club work its way to good membership are:
Great Meeting Quality: This can happen, ONLY with the presence, participation and progressive role taking by one and all members. A Toastmasters club will definitely do well if all members are regularly active and full of action.
Continuous efforts of the VPM: The VP Membership is that end of funnel where post publicity, advertising, marketing, promotion done, the guest has come once or multiple times to the club. Now the VPM has to tactfully convert the Prospective guests to FTM that is Future Toastmasters. VPM is the person who transfers, what all the Toastmasters club can do and benefit them if they join as members.
President handling first time visitors and repetitive guests: The Presiding Officer or President has to ensure that all visitors and guests are called upon the Stage or Platform or Dias to give very brief introduction about themselves and how they found out about this club. Also, at the end of meeting, to bring them back on stage and ask them for their brief feedback of the club meeting that just got concluded. Last but not the least, the President has to ensure that all guests get the voluntary opportunity to taste what Table Topics is in Toastmasters.
